How do I register?

Any and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

When will I receive my badge?

Registration confirmations will be emailed and attendee badges picked up at the show site.

Can I bring my child to the show?

No, anybody under the age of 16 will be allowed on the venue floor.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each sponsor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the pizza and pasta marketplace. In an effort to protect our sponsors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the venue floor or in conference session rooms at PizzaCon without first obtaining permission from the sponsor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show.

How do I get an international Visa letter of Invitation?

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

Which hotels are near The Fillmore?

If you are planning on attending the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability via our trusted partner aRes Travel.

Is parking available at The Fillmore?

The Fillmore has two parking lots with limited parking availability. 1025 North Front Street & 98 Richmond Street (at the corner of Richmond St & Frankford Ave). Street parking options are available.  

Parking is free and available to all sponsors, attendees, and guests.

Is overnight parking allowed?

No, overnight parking is not allowed. The Front Street lot will be closed and locked post-load-out. 

Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at The Fillmore?

No, wheelchair and scooter rentals are not available at The Fillmore. Please arrange a wheelchair and scooter rental with your preferred rental company. 

The Fillmore offers ADA seating and additional accommodation (as needed) for those with disabilities. For information on ADA accommodations, please click here.

Will early/late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?

Exhibitors may NOT stay past posted move-in or move-out hours. Exhibitors will be permitted show floor access at 7:00 AM on show day.

Where do I ship my booth materials?

Advanced shipping is NOT available for PizzaCon 2024. Fillmore Philadelphia will begin accepting deliveries at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, November 6th. Please note that there is no formal receiving dock or front desk at the facility to sign for packages. Exhibitors and sponsors are to ship at their own risk. PizzaCon staff will be available at the building to accept packages during posted move-in times on exhibitors’ behalf. Hand carry is highly encouraged.

What are the move-in and move-out days and times?

Can I set up my own booth?

Exhibitors may use full-time company personnel to set-up an exhibit, however they cannot operate heavy machinery or lift equipment. If full-time company personnel are utilized, they are required to carry photo ID as well as company identification, such as an insurance identification card or payroll stub.

Exhibiting companies may unload from a POV (privately owned vehicle) or COV (company owned vehicle) and hand carry their own materials into the facility. Additionally, the use of flat trucks, pallet jacks, or other mechanical equipment is permitted. One person must always remain with the vehicle and space is first come first served at the entrance to Fillmore (in the front along Allen Street and the back, along Richmond Street).

Can I use my own dolly/hand truck and move my stuff in to my booth?

Exhibiting companies may unload from a POV (privately owned vehicle) or COV (company owned vehicle) and hand carry their own materials into the facility. Additionally, the use of flat trucks, pallet jacks, or other mechanical equipment is permitted. One person must always remain with the vehicle and space is first come first served at the entrance to Fillmore (in the front along Allen Street and the back, along Richmond Street).

Is security provided?

Yes, 24-hour security will be provided by Show Management throughout the entire exhibition, including set-up and tear-down. However, do not leave personal items unattended, such as purses, cameras, cell phones and other valuables.

What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance. Required by the deadline date. Insurance is available for purchase from Marsh/Total Event Insurance.

Will dishwashing facilities be provided?

Yes, a dishwashing area is available beginning at 7:00 AM on show day, November 7th. More information to be provided pre-show about procedures and locations of the dishwashing area.

Is cooking and sampling of products allowed?

Exhibitors who manufacture, process, or distribute food in their normal course of business and would like to distribute food samples will be allowed to serve their product regardless of size.

Care should be taken with all types of food samples. Below are suggested guidelines for food sampling at PizzaCon 2024.

  1. Samples should be maintained under temperature control if the nature of the food requires this. PHF (Potentially Hazardous Foods) food samples must be maintained at 41°F or below at all times. Hot food samples should always be maintained above 135°F.
  2. Cooked foods must be cooked fully to their required final cook temperature. A thermometer should be used to verify cook temperatures.
  3. Any samples containing undercooked or raw animal foods, such as rare beef or sushi, should have a consumer advisory provided at the point of sampling.
  4. A minimum of one (1) Class 2A-30BC fire extinguisher shall be located within each area where display cooking such as baking, convection cooking, warming of food, and all other like applications is taking place.

Deep friers of any kind are prohibited for use within the Fillmore.

What is provided with my booth?

Each exhibitor will receive (1) 6’ table with black linens and (2) chairs per 100 NSF of exhibit space.

Is electricity provided with my booth?

Yes, booths needing outlets will have them pre-dropped in the booth space. Exhibitors must let Show Management know in advance the equipment and amount of power that is needed so that sufficient power is available and can be dropped in your space.

Can I have a hanging sign over my booth?

No. Due to the unique layout and space of the Fillmore Philadelphia, exhibitors are not able to hang banners above their space from the ceiling. Exceptions are provided to those in VIP Sponsor boxes on Level 2 Mezzanine to hang along the railing at the entrance to their space only and must be secured with zip ties.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Badge Registration

How many sponsor badges do I get for my company?

Each company is allotted between 5 and 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “SPONSOR” badge at all times. These badges should only be used for booth staff, NOT CUSTOMERS.

You will also receive an allotment of complimentary attendee passes for your customers, prospects, and guests that will be available within your exhibitor console. Contact marketing@pizzaexpo.com for more information.

Have provisions been made for the storage and distribution of product?

Complimentary refrigerated storage is available for all exhibitors at PizzaCon 2024 on a first come first served basis. Please note that space is limited, and email deven.diamantis@emeraldx.com or pizzaoperations@emeraldx.com with your refrigerated storage needs in advance so space can be reserved accordingly.

How do I order furnishings and services that we will need for our exhibit?

The option to rent furnishings for your exhibit is unavailable at the Fillmore. The facility has a limited amount of furniture as part of their inventory and will be shared and utilized throughout the event. Exhibitors may bring their own furnishings and display in addition to the 6’ table with linens and (2) chairs already provided with their booth space.

Is the show open to the public?

No, PizzaCon is a B2B trade show and is not open to the general public.

How do I maximize my participation at the show and reach more buyers?
